We're going to solve the 3 biggest problems that stop real estate agents from growing their businesses: No Brand, No Community, and No Sales System
First, we will build your brand — the truth is that most agents don’t have a unique brand. They’re exactly like the other 15,000 agents in their market and run their marketing just like them as well. We want you to be different.
Here's how we'll do it:
1. We'll start with finding Clients You Love Working With — making sure we're clear on the area you want to become the mayor of and your perfect future clients that you want to do deals with. Even though you can sell a home to anyone, you'll get faster results (and spend much less marketing $$$) by focusing on one target market where you’d like to be the Mayor of and you won’t get burnt out as fast in this industry because you’ll have amazing clients most of the time.

3. Finally, we’ll take the time to Own Your Brand the RIGHT way and lock down all your assets... so you've got a clear path to building your community, generating more leads, and getting your clients a result. You’ll be able to confidently market your new brand everywhere with pride by the end of this third module. The worst thing to have happen (and I've seen it happen) is that you build up your brand only to have someone else come steal some of your assets (and potentially hold them hostage from you). We want to help you save the potential headache and legal fees.
The second problem we'll solve together is no community.
As a real estate agent, it probably seems like you've got 2 options to generate leads: Pay for expensive ads or companies like Zillow to generate leads, or post organic content and hope you get there ... slowly, but most likely that no one will see. Luckily there's a better way, and we'll install it next...
4. First, we’ll get Grow Your Community. This is one of the most important modules of the entire program and the secret sauce that most agents don’t know about. Why? Because we'll help you set up this simple piece of software that captures the contact information of those in your community, adds them into your database, and starts conversations with them. We're going to set up systems that make lead generation and conversions much easier. Frankly, this is where the fun begins, because your community will want to do business with you if they’ve been in your group for any length of time and have gotten to know you. It's time for you to convert some of those new relationships you've made in your online community.
7. First up, we'll turn your community into a stream of non-stop leads using our Lead Generation System. Your appointments will start to fill. You’ll quickly work out who's a good fit for you, and who's not. We'll set up a 2nd appointment with the ones that you’re a match with. 8. Next, we’ll help you put on Events That Rock and it will generate you more leads as you get to meet face to face with your new online community members. 9. Finally, we'll show you how to Celebrate Your Clients & Community — so you can highlight those that support you and your community most and connect them with others. You could continue to do it for referrals in your old state and keep your online community or you could sell the asset to another agent in your market.
The good news is that you will know what to do and have the framework so you can duplicate the exact same thing in a new state and start over again. It will make starting out much easier than starting from scratch.
You'll see people joining your group within hours or a day of turning your ads on and having them approved. As far as leads, that's up to you when you start asking for business and how you do that.
Very little. It's just like minor $$$ for like FB ads, graphics, etc if you choose to do those things that we HIGHLY recommend doing. It will help build your brand strong and grow your community quicker. I would say about $500 would be all you need to get going with everything.
The only other out of pocket $$$ is if you decide to continue to use our marketing platform after the 4 months free trial and then that will bill at $199/mo and you will have all the most up to date landing pages and lead generation funnels that are part of our Digital Mayors program.
