I'm launching our very first Digital Mayors Program this month, and I'm looking for a handful of real estate agents to work with over the next 10 weeks or so to create as successful case-studies…before our official launch at the end of April.

I like to create things in a LIVE environment...even though they're ultimately going to be a digital product, and it's better to use real situations than theoretical ones. So, I'd like to work with you over the next couple of months as I'm creating the modules for the class in April.

The outcome is simple: To help you build a successful online community that will establish you as the Digital Mayor in your area of which will generate you more leads and help you close more deals. 

I'm aiming to help you build an online community of at least 250-500 people (depending on your niche), so we'll give you everything we need to make that happen, and nothing you don't.

We're going to solve the 3 biggest problems that stop real estate agents from growing their businesses: No Brand, No Community, and No Sales System

First, let's build your brand — the truth is that most agents don’t have an unique brand. They’re exactly like the other 15,000 agents in their market and run their marketing just like them as well. We want you to be different.

1. We'll start with finding clients that you’ll love working with — making sure we're clear on the area you want to become the mayor of, and the perfect future clients that you want to do deals with. Even though you can sell a home to anyone, you'll get faster results (and spend less marketing $$$) by focusing on one target market where you’d like to be the Mayor of and you won’t get burnt out as fast in this industry because you’ll have amazing clients most of the time.

2. Next, we'll your brand together. You won’t be known as Jane Doe, Just Another Real Estate Agent. We’ll brainstorm and come up with a unique brand that will fit your end goal and niche. The whole point of this process is to help you create a brand that you’re proud of when you see thousands of people in your community part of your group and wearing your t-shirts everywhere...and no, they’d never wear the Jane Doe, Just Another Real Estate Agent t-shirt around, unless they were changing the oil in their car.

3. Finally, we’ll take the time to create your community the RIGHT way and lock down all your assets... so you've got a clear path to building your community, generating more leads, and getting your clients a result. You’ll be able to confidently market your new brand everywhere with pride by the end of this third module.

The second problem we'll solve together is no community.

As a real estate agent, it probably seems like you've got 2 options to generate leads: Pay for expensive ads or companies like Zillow to generate leads, or post organic content and hope you get there ... slowly, but most likely that no one will see. Luckily there's a better way, and we'll install it next...

4. First, we’ll get your community set up properly. This is one of the most important modules of the entire program and the secret sauce that most agents don’t know about. Why? Because we'll help you set up this simple piece of software that captures the contact information of those in your community, adds them into your database, and starts conversations with them. The software is super inexpensive and incredibly powerful.

5. Second, We'll help with you creating a content strategy that turns your community members into friends and connections into prospects. These posts are short and simple, and we'll help you to put this strategy on autopilot as much as possible so you can spend your time in the comments sections connecting with your community.

6. Finally, we’ll help you with a strategy to create win/win partnerships within your community that will not only help your local businesses grow, but it will also help you grow your community and business as well.

By now, you’ll have a community that is growing and most agents will be envious of and want to know exactly what you’re doing and how you’re doing it soo successfully. The truth is they probably have a similar community that’s dead with the same 50 since they launched it.

The 3rd and final problem is that if you aren't a pro, sales are really uncomfortable. We're not going to try and turn you into someone you're not. We're going to set up systems that make lead generation and conversions much easier. Frankly, this is where the fun begins, because your community will want to do business with you if they’ve been in your group for any length of time and have gotten to know you.

7. First up, we'll turn your comments into booked appointments using a simple message script. Your sales calendar will start to fill. You’ll quickly work out who's a good fit for you, and who's not. We'll set up a 2nd appointment with the ones that you’re a match with. Plus, all of this can be done virtually so you’re not wasting all of your nights and weekends meeting people.

8. Next, we’ll help you put on events that will generate you more leads because they will rock. There are a couple of different ways, so we’ll give you ideas and then the freedom to run with them the way you feel it fits your community best.

9. Finally, we'll show you how to celebrate and showcase your clients and your community — so there will be major FOMO if people don’t at least interview you when they’re thinking of buying and selling. 

This is how you’re going to build one badass community of amazing connections and future clients. .

Any one of these things can move the needle immediately for your business, and my experience is that ONE of these is going to resonate with you and stand out as the BIG opportunity for you we'll be able to spend more time on that one with you.
